Report An Absence

Please use this form to report your child's immediate absence from the school. Please enter: The ABSENT CHILD'S NAME and CLASS, parent's email address, reason for absence including symptoms of illness.

Once you have submitted your information a message should pop up to say they have been sent - if you DO NOT see this message please call reception as we may not have your details.

For future absences please complete a Request for Leave of Absence form. Paper copies are available from the school office or an electronic version may be downloaded from this page. Completed forms should be returned to the school office.
